I wanted to know if anyone was interested in posting the recipes they used to cook the veggies week to week. It is a fun challenge to get a bunch of food you have never used before and try to make a week's worth of dinners and lunches. If there is interest, I will post mine here. I am also trying to figure out a way to preserve the veggies for as long as possible. I would be interested in techniques others use. For now I am wrapping the stems in wet paper towels and placing them in reusable ziplock plastic bags; then into the crisper section of the fridge. That has worked for greens. Do you find this valuable?
